Welcome
On behalf of the children, staff and governors, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to White Bridge Primary School.
Based in Loughton, and set in large and beautiful grounds, our school is very special – a happy and safe environment in which our children can learn, grow and develop into confident and successful young people.
The school has a caring, professional team that works hard to reach high standards in everything we do. We firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school and regard you as an active partner in your child’s education and value your interest and support.
Through our engaging curriculum, we ensure that children can foster a passion for learning and curiosity that will help to develop: a strong knowledge base, high aspirations and a lifetime of memories.
We are delighted to be part of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust. Formed in 2018 - from a consortium of schools which had worked together for over 20 years - we are committed to collaborative working to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children and school communities.
We warmly welcome parents, carers and visitors into the school. If you have any questions regarding your child’s learning, your child’s class teacher will be happy to make an appointment to see you. My Deputy Headteacher, Lesley Hester, and I are also on the playground before and after school each day - we are happy to help in any way we can. Alternatively, please feel free to speak with the school office about any queries you may have on 020 8508 8624.
Whether you are a parent of a pupil, or are considering joining us, we hope you’ll find all the information you need here. If you are considering enrolling your child at White Bridge, please contact our school office to arrange a visit and to meet with me.
Finally, please do read some of our newsletters to find out about key dates/events and what your child is learning. Paper copies can be made available upon request from the school office.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
Mr James Kenyon
